Frequently Asked Questions

Here is a list of common questions that our clients ask us. If you need more information don’t hesitate to get in touch with us.

  • I've cleaned my gutters, but water still isn't draining. What should I do?
If you've already done a manual clean and it hasn't resolved the issue, then the next step is to call in the professionals at Amazon Eavestroughing. We'll use hydro-flushing and other methods to get rid of clogs that could hide out of sight.
  • How much does a gutter cleaning service cost?
It obviously depends on the size of the property and footage of the gutters, but many of our Mississauga clients are pleasantly surprised by the affordable prices of our options and the difference that clean gutters can make.
  • What's the best material for gutters?
By far the most common gutter question, there is no easy answer. Aluminum is the most popular material and provides the best value for the money, but those looking for extra protection or a decorative aspect may prefer steel or copper.
  • What is the difference between seamless and regular gutters?
Regular gutters are modular, which means they are sold in pieces. Seamless, or continuous, guttering is made at your property by a special machine that eliminates the junctions between multiple pieces, thus reducing leaks.
  • Do you have gutter maintenance plans?
For many of our installation products and services, we also offer maintenance plans to completely erase the worry of gutters from your mind. We'll visit your property at various intervals for cleaning if needed and to assess the state of your gutters.
  • Why Eco-Friendly?
Amazon Eavestroughing uses recyclable materials on new installations. This is different that using recycled materials as if new as some companies do. It means the aluminum, copper and steel used today on a new installation can be fully recycled at the end of its lifetime. We separate these materials and send them to recycling facilities in a similar way that you do at home. Cardboard, metals, leaves and other debris do not go in the same bin. This is a way forward Amazon Eavestroughing is reducing our footprint.
